Crawford Emergency Central Dispatch is responsible for issuing of addresses in Crawford County. We have developed the following forms to ensure that we receive the necessary information to assign your new construction the correct address in the most efficient way. Please note that Crawford County Ordinance # 86-1 "requires that each primary structure shall display a house number. A house number shall not be displayed containing numbers less than 3 inches (7.62 centimeters) in height. It shall be visible from the roadway named in the address, and all house numbers shall be in Arabic numerals."
